Food & Beverage Trends for 2008
Health and wellness are the big trends this year which is great news for the health concious. Fresh, organic and basic foods are in, gone is last years trend of molecular gastronomy. Local is still big and this year ethnic food is big, especially from countries like Somalia, Ethiopia and Korea.
If you are interested in your health check out the yumberry (yangtei) which has various health benefits. Probiotic is also very big. Watch the video why it's good for you (approx. 14 min.).
